Just after I finished the tracking for my new album, this interesting fella stumbled into the shop. One thing led to another and he came to my Gather 'Round the Piano show in April as a surprise guest and absolutely brought the house down.
His name is Brook Tate. He's a playwright, composer, singer and a future rockstar. His Bristol-based band are bringing a stripped-back acoustic version of their show “Birthmarked” - a critics choice gig-musical about his experience growing up as a gay Jehovah’s Witness.
